Our technicians are available on-site, in-house, or over the phone for user training, maintenance, software installation,
upgrades, and more. Please reference the chart below for service rates.

Our technicians can be available for technical assistance over the phone. Most of our over-the-phone service
costs you nothing, but charges may apply for long-distance or extended-time calls (please call our office for rates).

We can service your office equipment in-house. If you have a desktop printer, fax, or small copier and can
transport it to our location, we will be happy to assess and service it! We can order supplies and parts for most makes
and models of office equipment including (but not limited to) HP, Lexmark, Sharp, Toshiba, IBM, and more!
$60 per Hour
NOTE: Hourly rate does not include any parts that may be needed to repair equipment. Parts pricing quotes
will be available after technician assessment. Property left over 30 days becomes property of Complete Business Services.
